Under state law, an emergency room must be part of the hospital and fulfill their duties in giving emergency care as needed. Years ago, this system was not a very big predicament due to the fact that not many emergency calls and work demands. But lately, this field is getting bigger as the situation changes face.

On the other end, most doctors complain at being abused and asked to come out even late at night and answer cases which are not even emergency matters. This doctor notes that the people can only get the emergency attention they need if the hospital would spend big and hire around three doctors to attend to these cases. Then he added the emergency room might develop into an afterhours clinic as emergency rooms have in some of the major cities.
